just wanted to remind ya’!
i am taking a little distraction from my normal writing and including a small brief on someone that i have known for a few years now and someone, while not necessarily conventional, is successful because he exerts all that he is into making whatever he touches successful. now if gary vaynerchuk can just buy the jets. (disclaimer: gary is known for being very animated in his talks and the video snippets i have included here from big omaha are no different. do not play if you are offended by multiple drops of the f bomb)
i am excited to announce the coming of bizspark camps to dallas, san francisco, chicago, and la. we are changing the format a bit of these bizspark camps to focus on what startups and our partners really care about… seeing kick ass code. the focus of the bizspark camps will be windows phone + windows azure. it is a perfect relationship and we are excited to have one of the leading partners in this space participate in the camps. clarity consulting will be walking through making a windows phone application make out with windows azure. yeah. pretty sweet indeed.
in case you didn’t know, my role at microsoft has me working with startups all across the united states talking about all the opportunities to be had with bizspark. i am really excited for the future of the program and continuing to work with early stage tech startups. but bizspark is not the only totally cool “spark” program that microsoft offers.

i had an opportunity to interview marketers anonymous at a recent microsoft bizspark camp for windows azure in new york city. during this camp the marketers anonymous team immersed themselves in windows azure for two days.
